The variety forms white semi-long roots, tapering towards the bottom. The root diameter is 4–5 cm, with a length reaching 10–12 cm. The flesh is succulent and has a sharp, but not overly pungent taste.
The variety belongs to summer-autumn types, which are less prone to rapid pithiness and lignification during hot periods. Intended for fresh consumption.
