Root crops have a diameter of 4–6 cm, a round or slightly flattened shape, carmine-red skin, and white crispy flesh. The taste is characterized as moderately spicy and mild. Harvesting is possible 3–4 weeks after sowing.
The variety is distinguished by high resistance to 'pelsigkait' — a phenomenon in which the flesh becomes spongy and pithy when overripe. It is a traditional local variety suitable for spring and summer cultivation both in open field and under plastic covers.
