The plant is a compact bush up to 1.5 meters tall, possessing high vigor. The variety is suitable for container gardening, balconies, and standard tree form cultivation. The origin of the variety is based on the hybrid Red Lake × Goppertův červený.
Fruits ripen in June, a few days after the Jonkheer van Tets variety. The berries are large, firm, and sweetish, collected in long, dense clusters. The plant's flowers have a high capacity for fruit set, and ripe fruits are not prone to cracking and can remain on the bush for a long time.
The variety is characterized by high resistance to most red currant diseases. The produce is versatile in use and is suitable for both amateur gardening and commercial cultivation.
