Variety description
10 August 2026
The plant is a vigorous, upright bush with good branching, reaching a height of 2–2.5 m. The leaves have a bluish-green hue. Flowering occurs in late May and June with pale pink, solitary or clustered (2–3 per cluster) fragrant flowers.
The fruits are large, reaching 3–4 cm in length, possess a cylindrical or pear-shaped form and a bright red color. The surface of the fruits is covered with sparse hairs. The variety is of universal use; the fruits are used in processing for juices, jams, and tinctures.
The variety is characterized by high frost resistance of the wood and flower buds, as well as drought tolerance and adaptability to urban conditions. In conditions of high humidity, ripened fruits are prone to cracking and infestation with gray mold.
