The variety belongs to the Hybrid Tea rose group. The bush has a narrow, compact and upright growth habit, reaching a height of 80 to 150 cm. The foliage is matte, ranging from fresh green to dark green in color; young shoots are often tinted with a reddish hue.

The flowers are dark red, very large, 10–15 cm in diameter, semi-double with 10–25 petals. The fragrance is weak or absent. Flowering is abundant and prolonged, from late June until late autumn. The plant is intended for landscaping rose gardens, container cultivation, and use as cut flowers.

The variety is characterized as winter-hardy and adapted to conditions in Northern Europe with short, wet summers. It is distinguished by the sturdiness of the bush.
