Variety description

The variety is an upright bush with dark green leathery foliage. The buds are distinguished by an elongated pointed shape; the flowers of a golden-yellow shade consist of 40 petals and possess a sweet fragrance. Features of the appearance are strong flower stalks and the presence of red thorns.

The plant belongs to repeat-flowering varieties. In 1927, a climbing mutation of this variety was discovered, which received the name Golden Emblem Climbing. Information about the morphological traits of the Golden Emblem variety bred by William Warriner was not found in open sources.
