The Harflow variety is a mutation of the Livin' Easy rose. The plant forms a small, dense, upright or spreading shrub with a height of 90 to 150 cm. The foliage is glossy, bright green in color. Flowering is abundant and continuous from late spring until frost.

The flowers are double, cup-shaped, 9–10 cm in diameter, colored in golden-peach-yellow tones and possess a light honey-fruity fragrance. The variety is distinguished by high disease resistance, particularly to black spot and powdery mildew, and winter hardiness in zones 5–10.
