The bush is compact, upright or slightly spreading, reaching a height of 40–65 cm. The foliage is small, dark green, and glossy. Flowering is abundant, occurring in clusters; flowers 1–4 cm in diameter contain from 13 to 30 petals.

The variety is remontant, maintaining its decorative quality until late autumn, forming orange-red hips. Winter hardiness is up to -20 °C. The fragrance of the flowers is weak; as the blooms fade, the petal color may lighten, acquiring a pinkish-silvery shade.
