The variety belongs to the floribunda group and is known under the trade names Blue Bajou and Purple Mia. The plant forms a bush 60–95 cm tall and 50–75 cm wide; there are many thorns on the shoots.

Flowering is recurrent, the flowers are medium-sized (7–8 cm), double, saucer-shaped or cup-shaped, and gathered in inflorescences of 3–5 pieces. The petal color is greyish-lilac with a silvery tint, the fragrance is of medium intensity with notes of violet.

The variety has USDA 5b level winter hardiness. Resistance to rain is medium, and resistance to diseases is rated ambiguously.
