Variety description

The variety belongs to the Rugosa Hybrid group and is often classified as a shrub rose. The flowers have a lemon-yellow shade with a characteristic reddish or pink petal edge upon opening, which fades over time to a cream color with a pink hue.

The vigorous and energetic shrub reaches a height of 150–200 cm. The plant is characterized by high hardiness and disease resistance. The variety is suitable for creating hedges, single and group plantings, mixed borders, as well as for landscaping arches and gazebos.

To stimulate growth and flowering, spring pruning of shoots by approximately one third or to a height of 150 cm is recommended. Despite its origin from Rosa rugosa, the foliage of the variety may be less pronouncedly wrinkled compared to wild species of this type.
