The variety belongs to the hybrid tea rose group. The plant forms a vigorous upright bush 1 to 1.6 meters in height. The variety is also known by the commercial name Rebell, and is presented in Australia as Australian Centenary of Federation.

The flowers are scarlet in color, have a classic high-centered shape, and reach 12 cm in diameter. The number of petals in a bud is from 20 to 40. The plant has healthy foliage, high endurance, and a pronounced fragrance.
