The bush is 50–60 cm (up to 90 cm) tall and 100–120 cm wide, with dark green glossy foliage. Purple-red, densely double flowers with a diameter of 5–7 cm have a cupped shape and are gathered in inflorescences of 6–15 pieces. The fragrance of the flowers is absent or weakly expressed.
Flowering is continuous throughout the warm season. The plant is characterized by high resistance to black spot, powdery mildew, and rust. It belongs to USDA hardiness zone 6. It is used for landscaping parks, creating borders, and decorating slopes and rock gardens.
