The Visa variety (registration code MEIred) was bred in France as a specialized rose for cutting, which became a significant milestone in professional floriculture in the mid-20th century.
This variety is used in breeding work. In particular, it served as one of the parent components in the creation of the Grand Gala variety (registration name MEIqualis).
