Floribunda group variety (sometimes grandiflora), also known as Jubilé du Prince de Monaco, Cherry Parfait, Fire & Ice, and Saint Petersburg Testimonial. The bush is compact, well-branched, reaching a height of 70–120 cm with a width of about 60 cm.

Flowers are double, 9–10 cm in diameter, consisting of 35–40 petals. Colour is cream-white with a crimson or cherry-red margin, which widens as the flower opens. Flowers are gathered in inflorescences of 3–5 pieces, fragrance is weak.

Foliage is dark green, dense, matte or semi-glossy. Shoots are strong. The variety is repeat-flowering, blooming continues in waves until the first frosts. Characterized by good resistance to black spot and powdery mildew, as well as heat tolerance.

USDA hardiness zone 5–10, withstands temperature drops down to -23°C.
