The variety is a technical rootstock of Rosa hybrida, which was widely used in the 1990s in scientific research in the field of in vitro clonal micropropagation. It served as an object for studying tissue regeneration processes, the influence of nutrient media, and genetic transformation.

This rootstock is characterized by high viability and the ability for active shoot regrowth. At the same time, the plant stems are excessively thin, which makes them unsuitable for obtaining commercial cut flowers, unlike common ornamental rootstocks.

Scientific literature lacks descriptions of the ornamental traits of this variety, such as flower color or bush height. The plant is not considered a commercial variety, and information regarding its disease resistance or other agronomic qualities as an ornamental crop is absent.
