The Capitoule (POULac009) variety is a bushy plant 20–40 cm in height. The flowers are dark red in color and have a double structure with a petal count of 25 to 50.

The plant is intended for cultivation in the open field as a garden crop. Flowering times are characterized as normal, and the fragrance of the flowers resembles the scent of a wild rose.
