The Graceful Palace variety is a shrub 20 to 60 cm in height. The plant forms a compact and dense bush belonging to the miniature rose or low floribunda categories.

The flowers are double, containing 25 to 50 petals, and reach 8–10 cm in diameter. Their color is milky-white, which may transition to a cream shade upon fading. The fragrance of the flowers is characterized as that of a wild rose.

The variety is repeat-flowering. In landscape use, the plant demonstrates sufficient hardiness and disease resistance, allowing it to be used for creating flower beds and for planting in containers.
