Variety description

The variety forms a spreading bush 40–65 cm high and about 65 cm wide with flexible shoots. The foliage is dark green, glossy, and leathery. The flowers are medium-red with a velvety hue, cup-shaped, and 4 to 8 cm in size. They are collected in inflorescences of 5–10 pieces, and up to 16–20 pieces during the mass flowering period.

Flowering is characterized as abundant and continuous. The plant has winter hardiness corresponding to USDA zone 6 and is noted for good resistance to powdery mildew and black spot. The variety is intended for landscape use, is suitable for borders, mass plantings, and covering large areas, and tolerates pruning well.
