The miniature rose Poulty028 is characterized by a bushy growth habit and reaches a height of 20 to 40 cm. The double-type flowers consist of 25 to 50 petals, their size is less than 5 cm, and the color varies in orange tones. The fragrance of the flowers is weak or absent.

The variety is intended for use as a pot plant. The plant is suitable for keeping both in indoor conditions and in the open air.
