The Simchoca variety (commercial name Terracotta) was obtained as a result of crossing a hybrid tea rose and a floribunda. The plant is an upright, vigorous bush 90–110 cm tall with dense, medium-green, semi-glossy foliage.

The flowers are large, 10–12 cm in diameter, double, and include about 30–32 petals. The color varies from orange-brown to brick, with a weak fragrance. The flower shape is classic with a high center.

The variety is repeat-flowering. The flowers are resistant to weather conditions, however, in prolonged rains, spotting may appear on the petals. The plant has high resistance to powdery mildew and black spot and is characterized by high winter hardiness.
