The TAN04249 variety is a compact shrub 30–60 cm tall and about 40 cm wide. The plant has dark green glossy foliage.

Flowers 8–10 cm in diameter have a cupped shape, are double, colored in lilac-mauve tones, and have a mild fragrance. The variety is repeat-flowering; blooming continues from late spring until frost.

The plant is used for planting in borders, small groups, on terraces, in containers, and in mixed plantings with perennials. It can also be used as a cut rose for open field.
