The variety belongs to the hybrid tea rose group. The bush has a narrow upright form and reaches a height of 80 to 120 cm. Flowers are double, goblet-shaped, with a diameter of 8–12 cm. Petal color varies from soft lilac to mauve; flowers lighten as they bloom.

The plant is characterized by a strong sweet fragrance with notes of honey and Damask rose. The variety is repeat-flowering. Disease resistance is assessed as medium; foliage has good resistance to powdery mildew. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA climate zones 6b–9b; shelter is required in cold regions.

The intended use of the variety includes cut flowers, flower bed arrangements, and the creation of aromatic gardens. The variety is known under the commercial names Pacific Blue, Perfume Dress, and the trademark Hopes and Dreams.
