The Wilma Holder variety belongs to the floribunda group and is intended for use as a bedding or border rose, as well as for creating informal hedges. The plant is an upright, slightly spreading shrub about 80 cm in height with large, dark green, glossy foliage.

Flowers 8–9 cm in diameter have a double structure, are gathered in inflorescences, and have a dark yellow color with an intense fragrance. The plant is characterized by frost resistance, drought tolerance, and disease tolerance, which is due to its breeding conditions.
