Cascade Delight is a summer variety with an early to mid-early maturity group and a fruiting period of about three weeks in the second half of July. The vigorous shoots reach a height of 1.8–2.5 meters and require the installation of a trellis to prevent lodging under the weight of the crop.

The berries have an elongated conical shape, bright red color, and a mass of 6–8 grams. The fruits are characterized by a dessert taste with a pronounced aroma and firm flesh, ensuring good transportability. The variety has high winter hardiness down to -30 °C and immunity to root rot.
