The variety forms a bush approximately 1.5 meters tall; shoots have a glaucous hue and slight prickliness. Berries are medium-sized and red.
The plant is a late-ripening variety of Rubus idaeus. It is moderately drought-tolerant, capable of growing in calcareous soils, and prefers rich, drained substrates with a neutral to slightly acidic reaction. Winter hardiness of the variety is limited to a temperature of -15°C.
