The variety has a semi-erect growth habit and is characterized by a great length of both current-season and previous-season canes. The density of spines on the canes is sparse; the number of current-season canes is high.

Flowering on current-season canes begins early. Fruit ripening on previous-season canes occurs early or mid-season; on current-season canes, it occurs very early or early. The berries are large, with an average weight of about 6 grams, and are suitable for double-cropping systems.
