The variety is an erect blackberry (highbush blackberry). Powerful shoots reach a height of 2–2.5 meters and grow vertically, requiring no massive trellises. The plant is self-fertile and often avoids spring recurrent frosts due to late flowering.
Fruiting is extended, occurring in August–September. Berries weighing 4–7 g have a conical shape, a glossy surface, and a black color. The fruits are characterized by high firmness, which ensures a long shelf life and good transportability.
The variety possesses resistance to diseases and drought; winter hardiness is estimated as medium. The fruits are universal in use: suitable for fresh consumption, freezing, and various types of industrial processing.
