The plant forms compact, well-branched bushes 50–65 cm in height. Leaves are oval-shaped, serrated, and dark green in color. Inflorescences with a diameter of about 10 cm have a velvety texture, a dark reddish-brown center, and broad bright yellow petal edges.

Flowering lasts from June to October. The variety is characterized as a hardy plant, which is cultivated as an annual or short-lived perennial depending on the region. The plant is well-suited for garden mixed borders, group plantings, use as cut flowers, and container culture.
