The plant belongs to the standard type. Mature leaves are of medium size, dark green on the upper surface, with anthocyanin coloration between the veins on the underside. The leaf surface is slightly rugose, with a nearly smooth margin. Peduncles are of medium length and also anthocyanin-colored.
The flowers are double, of small diameter, and bicolored: the main background is blue-violet, with the top two petals having a lighter shade. The variety is of medium maturity, forming a large number of inflorescences on a single plant.
The variety is intended for industrial cultivation as a pot plant. Technical examination classifies this plant as Saintpaulia ionantha, despite confusion with the genus Streptocarpus found in some databases.
