The variety is a hybrid obtained as a result of breeding Salix matsudana and Salix alba. It is a tree-like form of willow.
The plant is intended for biomass production, including on marginal lands unsuitable for other forest crops. The clone demonstrates phenotypic stability and high productivity under intensive cultivation conditions.
