Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a low-growing bush 25–35 cm high and up to 30–60 cm wide with medium-green serrated leaves. A characteristic feature is the striking fan-shaped purple-and-white flowers.

The variety shows high resistance to heat and drought after rooting. The plant is prone to root rot in stagnant moisture, therefore requiring good drainage. Flowering continues from late spring until autumn, with the variety potentially blooming several weeks later than other varieties.

The plant has a trailing growth habit, which allows it to be used in hanging baskets, containers, borders, and rock gardens. In regions with temperate climates, it is grown as an annual, as it does not tolerate frost and corresponds to USDA hardiness zones 9–11.
