The variety is intended for summer sowing as an intermediate crop. It possesses an average level of vegetative mass formation at the beginning of growth, a moderate tendency toward flowering, and moderate lodging resistance.

The plant possesses moderate resistance to Alternaria blight (Alternaria brassicae). For scientific purposes, the variety is used to study the chemical composition of seeds, in particular for the isolation of glucosinolates such as sinalbin, as well as for research on interaction with nematodes.
