The Fiorella variety plant has a semi-erect growth habit and intensive branching, with a height ranging from medium to tall. The green leaves are triangular in shape and medium in size; the flowers are dark yellow.

The variety belongs to the early-maturing category and is capable of forming a harvest in 160 days. The plant is adapted to cultivation conditions at an altitude of 460 meters above sea level and responds positively to drip irrigation. The tubers of the variety are used for fresh consumption and are a source of inulin.
