The variety has a semi-erect habit. The leaves are light green in color, heart-shaped, and have unevenly serrated margins. During the breeding process, clones were adapted to climatic conditions, which ensures stable yields when proper agrotechnical practices are followed.
The tubers are intended for fresh consumption. They contain inulin, which is enzymatically converted into glucose and fructose during storage, resulting in a sweet taste. For long-term tuber storage, dark rooms with a temperature of about +5 °C are recommended.
