The variety is a descendant of the Pablo variety population and is intended for cultivation in protected ground conditions. The plant is of the indeterminate growth type, capable of reaching 250 cm in height, has dense foliage and Peruvian-type leaves.
The fruits are large, flat in shape, and red in color. The flowers are yellow, and the stigma protrudes slightly relative to the stamens. The variety shows resistance to the nematode Meloidogyne incognita, while lacking resistance to certain races of Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt.
The average yield is about 5.42 kg per plant. The variety is used for scientific purposes for in vitro androgenesis experiments to obtain haploid and doubled-haploid lines.
