The variety was created based on local Romanian forms from the city of Sebeș and underwent selective breeding at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca. The plant growth habit is indeterminate.
The fruits are very large, with an average weight of about 450 g and a potential of up to 519 g. Yields in experimental conditions reach 4.8 kg per plant. The fruits have high palatability, though they are prone to radial cracking under certain climatic conditions.
The variety possesses a certain level of resistance to Phytophthora infestans. It is recommended for cultivation in both open field and protected cultivation conditions, including greenhouses and solariums.
