The Elin F1 hybrid is the successor to the Ida variety. The plant is of the tall-growing type and requires regular desuckering during the growing process.

The variety is intended for greenhouse cultivation. It forms medium-sized fruits characterized by uniformity and quality. It possesses genetic resistance to leaf mold (Cladosporium fulvum), corresponding to races 1–5.
