The variety is an indeterminate plant with an unlimited growth type intended for protected cultivation. In home garden conditions, the plant height reaches 120–150 cm. To combat soil-borne pathogens during long-term greenhouse cultivation, the method of grafting onto special rootstocks is used.

The plant possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt race 1, while being susceptible to race 2. Commercial descriptions also note complex resistance to a number of other diseases. The fruits are red and characterized by a low skin glossiness.

The variety is considered a benchmark for the professional sector in Japan. Research publications highlight the ability of the fruits to accumulate gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), making them an object of study in the field of agricultural product quality.
