The American variety Jazz is an indeterminate tall plant, reaching 2 meters or more in a greenhouse. This is an heirloom variety, not a hybrid. The ripening period is medium.

The fruits of the variety are large, weighing from 250–300 to 500–600 g, flat-round in shape with slight ribbing. The coloration is characterized by a pink background with orange and crimson stripes. The flesh is sweet, fleshy, with a fruity aftertaste, suitable for fresh consumption, making juices and sauces.

The Jazz F1 hybrid, presented in the catalogs of the company Esasem Spa, belongs to indeterminate tomatoes for the fresh market, however, its detailed agronomic characteristics and description of the fruits are not available in the public domain.
