The Kanshin F1 hybrid (breeding code KS 3811 F1) is a tall generative-type plant with short internodes and a compact structure. The variety is intended for cultivation in the first and second crop rotation of plastic greenhouses.

The fruits have a saturated pink color, uniform oblate shape, and a weight in the range of 220–280 g. The flesh is characterized by sugar content; there is no green spot at the peduncle.

The plant possesses stress tolerance and complex resistance to a number of diseases, including root-knot nematodes, verticillium wilt, and fusarium wilt (races 0, 1).
