The Manhattan Bicolor variety is an indeterminate and mid-season plant. Its fruits have a flat-round shape and a yellow-orange color with pink streaks; the weight of one fruit is from 300 to 500 grams.

When growing this variety, mandatory suckering and staking of the bushes are required. The name Manhattan is also found in scientific publications as a method for visualizing genomic data or as a technical designation in patent applications, which does not refer to a commercial variety for professional use.
