The Marimba F1 hybrid is used in studies to examine fruit quality and behavior during storage. It has been established that the physicochemical indicators of the hybrid, such as firmness, acidity level, and dry matter content, are directly dependent on the degree of fruit maturity at harvest.
To maintain optimal consumer properties of the produce, it is recommended to harvest when fruits reach a maturity stage characterized by a ratio of 75% green color to 25% red. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant and data on disease resistance are not provided in open sources.
