Melodiya F1 is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid with unlimited growth. The plant is distinguished by a compact structure, open bush type, shortened internodes, and good foliage. The fruit ripening period is 55–60 days after transplanting.
The fruits are large, belong to the beef-tomato type, have a bright red color, and a round or flat-round shape. The average weight of one fruit varies from 180 to 230–260 g. The produce possesses high density, uniform ripening, and is suitable for fresh market sale and processing.
The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses, as well as in open ground using supports. The plant possesses high growth vigor and the ability for prolonged fruiting, and requires staking and pruning to protect against lodging.
