The hybrid is a descendant of the Italian ecotype Pera d'Abruzzo and is intended for fresh consumption and preparation of sauces. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth, balance, and good foliage cover.

The fruits have a pear-shaped ribbed form, distinct pink coloration, and weakly defined shoulders. The internal structure of the fruit is dense, with virtually no core. The flesh is characterized by a lack of acidity.

The variety has resistance to tomato mosaic virus, verticillium and fusarium wilt, as well as to tomato yellow leaf curl virus and tomato spotted wilt virus.
