The plant has a semi-determinate or determinate growth type. The variety was obtained through the selection of the Marmande Clause 27 strain. It is capable of fruiting in saline soils when irrigated with water having a high salt content, which influences the taste qualities.
The fruits are rounded, slightly flattened, with pronounced ribbing and deep furrows, weighing from 100 to 250 g. The fruit color is dark green with dark shoulders, with ripening occurring from the inside out. The fruits are often consumed in a semi-mature or green state; the pulp is distinguished by its density and high sugar and acid content.
The variety possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum. It belongs to the gourmet segment, is demanding in terms of growing conditions, and is not an F1 hybrid.
