Rapit F1 is an early-ripening determinate hybrid with a ripening period of 92–97 days. The plant features a compact habit and well-developed foliage, which provides protection for the fruits against sunburn. The hybrid demonstrates high heat tolerance and the ability to set fruit well at high temperatures.
The fruits have a cuboid or plum shape, with an average weight of about 80 g. They are characterized by high firmness, deep red color, sugar content of 5.0–5.5%, and resistance to cracking. The produce is suitable for transportation, fresh consumption, whole-fruit canning, and industrial processing.
The hybrid possesses complex resistance to Verticillium wilt, Fusarium wilt (race 1), tomato spotted wilt virus, nematodes, and intermediate resistance to bacterial fruit spot. Concentrated fruit set allows the variety to be used for mechanical harvesting.
