The professional hybrid Romeo F1 is an indeterminate plant that requires staking. Its fruits have an elongated pear-like 'Roma' shape and are distinguished by uniformity, firmness, and an easily detachable peduncle. The plant has stated resistance to Verticillium wilt, Fusarium wilt, nematodes, and Tomato mosaic virus.

Cultivation of the hybrid is possible in open field and unheated greenhouses; it is recommended to prune to two stems and control nitrogen nutrition to prevent excessive growth and hollow fruits. In addition to the professional hybrid, under the name 'Romeo' there are heirloom tomato varieties unrelated to this selection.
