The variety is an indeterminate version of San Marzano group tomatoes and is known by the synonyms S. Marzano gigante 3 and Gran Merito 3. The plant forms "jumbo"-sized fruits, which are characterized by the presence of yellow-green coloring in the shoulder area.

The development period of the variety is about 90 days, which places it in the late group. The crop is demanding in terms of nutrient levels and requires additional fertilizers, as well as mandatory fixation of the stem to a support.
