The Santasian variety is an indeterminate hybrid requiring suckering. The plants are vigorous and have long trusses on which fruits can ripen simultaneously. The fruits have a plum or date shape, red color, and weigh 10–15 g, and are resistant to cracking.
The tomatoes are characterized by a sweet taste and firm flesh, making them suitable for fresh consumption as snacks and for culinary use. The variety is intended for cultivation in greenhouses and protected ground.
The hybrid exhibits resistance to tomato mosaic virus and Fusarium wilt. It complies with GSPP standards to prevent infections caused by Clavibacter michiganensis.
