Tomato Shiren F1 is a mid-early cherry type hybrid. The plant is characterized by a compact growth habit. Fruits with a mass of 15–25 g are formed in clusters resembling a 'fir tree' shape. The variety is intended for harvesting in clusters and is suitable for cultivation in both open field and greenhouses.

The plant possesses resistance to Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) and Fusarium wilt (Fol, races 1 and 2). Intermediate resistance to nematodes (Meloidogyne sp.) is also noted.
